Alchemet is the Russian manufacturer of steel wire with Zn95Al5 advanced anti-corrosion coating .
The Alchemet plant is located within the Kaluga Special Economic Zone territory in Lyudinovo, Kaluga Region, 350 km from Moscow and 80 km from Bryansk.
Alchemet is the full production cycle enterprise equipped with advanced high-tech equipment from Druids Process Technology (Spain).
The factory’s production capacity is up to 2.000 tons per month.
The factory’s design allows for further capacity extension up to 3.000 tons per month.
The equipment installed at our factory is unique for Russia, as well as the technologies implemented. The facility was put in operation in 2020. Its distinctive features are flexibility and high productivity. These features allow for orders execution within the shortest time and with stable high quality.
The technological processes we use are highly environment friendly. The minimal ecological impact is one of the key benefits of our production.
